Subject: Selection of Diploma and Graduate Apprentices in Library and Information Science for different Libraries of this University through Board of Apprenticeship Training (Northern Region), Govt. of India.
The students with consistent good academic records in Library and Information Science (Diploma/Graduate) and interested in said apprenticeship may registered themselves for the NATS on https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/boat/commonRedirect/registermenunew.action struts.token.name=token&token=MKAK1TTXT9UTITZDAQNZG1I89SXIRCQD&tokenStatus=open&tokenId=registermenunew & method%3Aregistermenunew=click+here (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) latest by 4th November, 2022, till 1:00p.m. and submit an application, mentioning his/her NATS registration number, to [email protected] by said date.
General Conditions:
- The above requirements are purely on temporarily basis, for a period of twelve months and NATS terms & conditions. The number of apprentices may increase or decrease.
- No accommodation facilities shall be provided by the University.
- The candidate will not claim for regularization of his/her service under any circumstances.
- Selected apprentices will have an opportunity to work & learn in different section of libraries of Main campus, East campus and West campus of the University. The same may be different shifts.
- Candidates will be required to get his/her original documents verified on the date as fixed for selection.
- The selection committee will decide the criteria for the selection, may include written/ interview or both. No T.A/D.A will be paid to the candidates for attending the selection committee.
- Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
