Eggless Festive Delight: Heavenly Christmas Cake Recipe

Ingredients 1 and 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 1 cup (240ml) milk (use non-dairy milk for a vegan version) 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil or melted butter (use a neutral-flavored oil for a vegan version) 1/4 cup (60ml) yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder A pinch of salt 1 cup (150g) mixed dried fruits and nuts (such as raisins, currants, chopped dates, chopped nuts) Instructions Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line a cake tin with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, vegetable oil or melted butter, yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
